Rebuilding Society Announces partnership with Beaufort Property invest

Beaufort Property Invest Ltd (BPI) partners with Rebuildingsociety.com as an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR).

The Rebuilding society.com today announced our partnership, making our property investment opportunities available to mass market investors, via the rebuildingsociety.com platform.

Beaufort Property Invest already works with “High Net Worth” and “Sophisticated Investors” and we now intend to broaden our investor base by collaborating with an established, regulated platform. This is the first step in the relationship that may, over time, bring Beaufort Property Invest within the regulatory perimeter.

Over recent years Beaufort Property Invest has been diversifying its source of funding, away from banks, towards a direct lending model. Our impressive record of successful projects positions us well to cooperate with regulated firms who can oversee and manage the conflicts of interests that
naturally arise with direct lending.

“By cooperating with rebuildingsociety, we hope to appeal to a broader base of lenders and
leverage tax benefits such as the IF ISA.” Said Chris Baldrey-Chourio, Director of Beaufort Property Invest.

Firms with an established, creditworthy reputation can bypass the banks to access the mass market by cooperating with regulated lending platforms, such as rebuildingsociety.com. Rebuildingsociety.com has worked with appointed representatives (ARs) since 2015. Recent regulatory development, such as changes in PS22/11 make regulatory expectations clearer for firms seeking to work with ARs and IARs.

There exists a range of healthy investment opportunities outside of the regulatory perimeter,
for their reliance on the Financial Promotions exemptions. By identifying the better
opportunities, bringing them inside the perimeter, and overseeing them, we aim to bring
access to these opportunities to the mass market, who are made cognisant of the risks, but
have been previously unable to access them.” Said Daniel Rajkumar, CEO of rebuildingsociety.com

The relationship allows Beaufort Property Invest’s existing investors to use funds in their IF ISA towards already familiar investments, whilst bringing their attention to the risks involved.
